Terms of ServiceThe commissions I provide are for personal use only. They cannot be redistributed, resold, reprinted, or tampered with for commercial use. (unless discussed otherwise and confirmed via a signed document with a right-of-use fee)You will typically hear back from me within a week to discuss and confirm the commission (occasianally 2 if I'm very busy)Payments are only available through Paypal or Stripe.I reserve the right to take breaks when needed due to ongoing health concerns. (if you are on my waiting list, you will be notified.)I retain the right to display and promote the artwork. This includes streaming the process and use in youtube videos. (the client cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork without a right-of-use fee and a written&signed agreement or an NDA for commercial projects)Commercial-based projects are subject to more terms.I am committed to completing any commission ordered, but if I cannot complete it for any reason, I will issue a refund.Communication is conducted via Discord (preferred) or email.
Social media DMs are far too unreliable. I will keep you updated and share the progress of your commission with you, so we can work together to create the best result for you.

Use of my work for AI training or for NFT minting is strictly prohibited. (yes even commissions). Coloring, 'finalizing', or any other alterations of my work using AI is also strictly prohibited. Breaking these terms will result in an immediate and permanent blacklisting, block/bans from my socials, and removal/ban from my public discord.I will refuse anything relating to or promoting NFTs or AI image generators in any way. (be it positively or negatively, I want nothing to do with them in any capacity)
